Our tungsten carbide corrugating roller combines advanced manufacturing technology with high precision grinding and carbide-tungsten coating, significantly extending service life while maintaining economic feasibility in production.

Medium frequency quenching achieves hardness exceeding HRC60 with 7mm depth
Utilizes imported tungsten carbide powder and Praxair JP8000 HVOF system
Abrasion-resistant tungsten carbide coating (50-60 micrometer thickness)
3x longer lifespan than chrome-plated rolls at less than twice the cost
