The heating embossing roller is primarily used for hot-rolling non-woven fabrics, serving as a key component in the production of melt-blown and spun-bonded non-woven fabrics. It features a thermal oil flow channel to precisely control the roller surface temperature, enabling heat transfer patterns on non-woven fabric surfaces.

Typically used in pairs - either one patterned roller with one smooth roller or two patterned rollers together. The pattern design can be customized according to specific customer requirements.
